We have a rigorous allergen testing program and apply strict quality control measures in an effort to prevent contamination by undeclared food allergens.

The live and active cultures in our cultured products are L. Bulgaricus, S. Thermophilus, L. Rhamnosus, L. Acidophilus, Bif. Bifidum, and Bif. Animalis. They do not come from dairy-based sources. Because all of our products are certified vegan, our cultures are grown on a plant-based medium.

We don’t recommend that you freeze our Yoconut Yogurt Alternatives, as doing so can cause the ingredients to separate, adversely affecting the smooth, creamy texture you love. However, some of our fans are fond of pouring the beverage into ice cube trays and freezing it in order to add to smoothies later.
